One of my favourite spots on the Wirral is Heswall shore, locally named Sheldrakes due to the name of the restaurant that is situated there. I love coming down here as it very quiet with only the sounds of the wading birds. You are left to wonder the old boats and take in all the different textures. I often shoot a variety of images here as there is so much to capture, I only wish i had a drone to get some overhead shots of the estuary at low tide as it leaves beautiful textures in the thick mud
